How-to Create and Send Debug Logs When Experiencing Unknown Issues

The instruction will walk you through how to create debug files when requested by support.

How to Start, Stop and Send Debug Logs to Support

Tap Settings → Support → Debug → Start Debugging → Next → Go
Recreate the issue you were having a problem with.
Tap the Blue Bug icon to stop the debugging.
Describe the issue in the large field.
Tap “send to support”
- Your cell phone's native email app will open containing two files.
Tap the Send icon.
The files will be sent to support@voxox.com and the case will be escalated to our engineers for analysis.
