There are limits to the number of SMS for each plan. Basic plan includes 1000, Plus plan includes 2000, Pro plan includes 5000 messages.

These included SMS bundles are free with your Cloud Phone plan.

Inbound and outbound SMS will use this included bundle and reset each month on your billing anniversary.
