How-To: Update an Extension's Voicemail Greeting

Updating the voicemail greeting on your extension is only a couple of clicks away!

• Sign in to your Cloud Phone Account.

• Select "Extensions" on the top navigation bar, and then click the gear icon that you wish to change the voicemail greeting for (in this example, "Me"). 

• Then, scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "Voicemail Settings". We are going to want to "Record Now".
• You will then be prompted to enter your mobile number. Your phone will be called, and you can then record your personal voicemail greeting at that time.

And that's all! Your extension now has its very own personal voicemail greeting. Not too bad, right?
