How to add a forwarding number to your SIP Trunk

1. Log into http://portal.voxox.com
   • UserName : translink
   • Password : Password reset link sent to 'translink11@cox.net - Kyle'
2. Click, Features
3. Click, Numbers [Trunk]
4. The Ring to column is set to ring to the SIP Trunk a. To change routing to an off network number, click on the Phone Number you need to have transferred b. At the bottom of the list, you will see editable fields appear.
   • Click the drop down box in the Ring to column and choose Custom.
   • Enter an 11 digit number where it shows Enter Custom
   • Click Save
   • Test for functionality
