How-To: Pull reports/call history
Hosted Customers
- Log into http://portal.voxox.com
- Click the Reporting Tab
- Using the drop down boxes, choose the Account and DateRange.
- Choose the show ALL entries from the drop down box
- To download and print, choose either Excel or PDF for your output file.
SIP Trunk Customers
- Log into http://portal.voxox.com
- Click the Reporting Tab
- Using the drop down boxes, choose the DID and/or Date Range
- Choose the show ALL entries from the drop down box
- To download and print, choose either Excel or PDF for your output file.
