How-To: Change Ring times

If you would like to shorten how many rings your customer hears before the call rolls over to voicemail. Please do the following.

To change the amount of rings before the call goes to voicemail.

1. Sign in to your Cloud Phone account
2. Click the Extensions link at the top of the page
3. Click the name of the extension you want to edit
4. Scroll down to the Reach Me Anywhere anywhere section
5. Click the gear icon right next to your mobile number
6. In the new window, click the drop option next "Ring for:" to edit the ring times of the inbound calls. The default timing is 30 seconds (4 seconds per ring).
7. Click Save.
