How-To: Change "Ring to" Destination
You may need to change the destination of one or more of your inbound DIDs. To do this, please do the following.
- Log into User Portal
- UserName: If you do not know your username, please contact support
- Password : If you do not know your password, please contact support to send you a password reset link
- UserName: If you do not know your username, please contact support
- Click Numbers
- Click the DID or TFN you would like to change the destination to. Editable fields will appear at the bottom of the page.
- In the Ring to field, choose Custom or Ext you would like the calls to go to
- If entering a Custom destination, enter 1XXXXXXXXXX (Example: 1619XXXXXXX)
- Click Save
