How-To: Submit a payment or update payment information
Our finance department cannot receive credit card payments or update credit card information over the phone.
Update Credit Card Information:
- To change your credit card information, please complete and sign the enclosed PDF file labelled "BillingAuthorization.pdf". (Note: If this is a "one time payment, please note that along with the payment amount under your signature.)
- Send the completed and signed Billing Authorization form as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the Subject line, enter the following information:
- Please provide the name of your company
- Payment for [insert dates]
- Please process payment for [Name of Company] for the following date range, [Insert dates] and assign this ticket to billing.
Submit a Payment via PayPal:
Review and follow the instructions on the enclosed PDF file labelled "Paypal Instructions.pdf".
