How-To: Submit a payment or update payment information

Our finance department cannot receive credit card payments or update credit card information over the phone.

 Update Credit Card Information:

1. To change your credit card information, please complete and sign the enclosed PDF file labelled "BillingAuthorization.pdf". (Note: If this is a "one time payment, please note that along with the payment amount under your signature.)
2. Send the completed and signed Billing Authorization form as an attachment to payments@voxox.com. In the Subject line, enter the following information:
• Please provide the name of your company
• Payment for [insert dates]
3. In the body, please put the following information
• Please process payment for [Name of Company] for the following date range, [Insert dates] and assign this ticket to billing.

Submit a Payment via PayPal:

Review and follow the instructions on the enclosed PDF file labelled "Paypal Instructions.pdf".
