How-To: Check Voice Mails

This all depends on how your extension is set up to receive notifications. Your current options are via email, cell phone, or both.

Cell Phone: You will receive a text message that states

"New voicemail message received. Visit (link is provided) to hear message. Transcription of message: _________"

Email: You will receive an email with an attachment that reads:

"Transcription of Message:_________. The voice mail is attached as an MP3 file for your convenience."

Voice Messages left in the General Mail Box are sent to the email of the individual who set up the Cloud Phone account.
