FAQ: How do I retrieve my Cloud Phone login credentials?

If you have forgotten your Cloud Phone credentials, follow these easy instructions on obtaining a new password and remembering your username.

• The mobile number you used to register will be your Cloud Phone username.

1. If your password has been forgotten, and you are on the Cloud Phone login screen, go ahead and click on Forgot Password.
2. Then input the mobile number and click on Retrieve.
3. A text message will be sent to the registered mobile phone.
4. Open the link that was sent and put in the new password.  
5. Once you have reset the password you can log in with your new password.
