How to Add Personnel and Extensions
- Sign in to your Cloud Phone account
- Select Extensions
- Click Add an Extension
- Enter whether you want the extension to be for a person or department and update the information.
- An invitation with instructions will be sent to that person's phone if you
- After the invitation has been sent, your Cloud Phone Account will show that new person's name and extension in a Pending status.
- Once that person accepts the invitation, the status will change.
