How-To Add Personal Extensions

The instructions below will guide you on how to add extensions.

Go to manage.cloudphone.com
Select Extensions
Click Add New
Extension Type: Personal
Role: Admin or Non-Admin
- Note: Admin Roles give the user complete control over your entire account. Please use caution when granting Admin permissions
Complete the user information
- Note: The mobile phone number is required to receive notifications from cloudphone.com.
- Instructions to set a password will be sent to the email address provided. Once set, the extension will be fully active.
