How to Change Your Auto Attendant Greeting Message

There are three ways to change your auto attendant greeting

1. Sign in to your Cloud Phone account

2. Click Company

4. There are 3 options you could choose from"

• Digital Greeting :

  • You are able to edit this any way you want. Please ensure you keep, Please dial 1 0 1 for Alex, or 9 to leave a message in the greeting. (Note: When typing in numbers, put a space between each number and keep the last statement. That statement directs the callers on what to do to reach you.)
    

• Personal Greeting :

  • When doing a "Personal Greeting", click the "Record One Now" button, Cloud Phone will call your cell phone and follow the prompts to record your greeting. (Note: Please ensure you keep, "Please dial 1 0 1 for Joel, or 9 to leave a message" in the greeting)
    

• Upload Audio File :

  • This one is pretty much self explanatory. Pre-record a greeting, save it to a location on your computer where you can access it quickly and upload.(Note: Please ensure you keep, "Please dial 1 0 1 for Joel, or 9 to leave a message" in the greeting)
    

After you make any changes to the Greeting message please press save.

5. Click the little star to enable the greeting to be active.
