How-To: Adjust Account Settings

• Under the features tab click on Account Settings
• Note: The changes here are global changes for the entire account.

Settings

• Enable On-demand recording:
• To record calls the user may press *10 to toggle recording on/off.
• Play a Start Prompt:
• When selected can choose to Announce or Whisper call is beginning to record
• Play Reminder:
• Reminder frequency can be adjusted.
• Record all calls:
• If enabled, all calls will be recorded.
• Play an End Prompt:
• User can choose to Announce or Whisper call is ending recording

Audio Selection

• Hold audio is the music that the person on hold will hear.  To upload custom greetings or music click on the green plus sign.  
• Start Recording Tone: Audio to be played when a recording session has been initiated. To change the setting click on the green plus sign. 
• End Recording Tone: Audio to be played when a recording session has been ended.To change the setting click on the green plus sign. 
• Recording Reminder Tone: Audio to be played during a recording session, at the frequency specified above.To change the setting click on the green plus sign. 
   

  Once all of the changes have been made click on Save.
