Cancelling Voxox Services
If you would like to cancel your Voxox Business Services, please follow the steps below.
Via Email
- Send an email to support@voxox.com or submit a ticket here
- Subject: Company Name/DBA (Doing Business As) – Service Cancellation
- Body:
- Contact Information:
- Cancellation Request Date (Last day of service):
- Reason for cancellation
By sending an email to support@voxox.com, your email will auto generate a ticket number for your tracking, and to communicate with Voxox Support Staff. The billing department will be notified of your cancellation and they will send support a copy of your final invoice. The invoice will include a list of equipment (if applicable) and your final payment. If you equipment is to be returned to Voxox, please return to the following address; please include tracking number. Once the equipment is received, billing will be stopped and your cancellation will be final.

- The tech will open a ticket on your behalf
- Have the following information ready.
- Cancellation Request Date with Confirmation
- Inventory of Voxox equipment
- Reason for Cancellation
The billing department will be notified of your cancellation and they will send support a copy of your final invoice.
