How-To:  Change Music on Hold

Please have your Voxox User Portal credentials ready and follow the instructions below to change your on hold music:

Global

1. In the Voxox User Portal, click Account Settings
2. Under "Audio Selection" click the green button next to "Music on Hold"
3. Select a sound file and click Open and wait for confirmation that the sound file has been uploaded
4. Click the Music on Hold dropdown and select the sound file you just uploaded
5. Click Save at the bottom when complete

Note: You may skip uploading a new sound file and go directly to step 4 if you already have a sound file uploaded.

Individual Extensions

1. In the Voxox User Portal, click Manage Extensions
   
2. Next to the selected extension, click the Cog/Pencil to make edits to the individual extension
   
3. Under "Audio Selection" click the green button next to "Music on Hold"
4. Select a sound file and click Open and wait for confirmation that the sound file has been uploaded
5. Click the Music on Hold dropdown and select the sound file you just uploaded
6. Click Save at the bottom when complete

Note: You may also choose Use Customer Defaults if you would like the individual extension to reflect Global settings.
