How-To: Adding an IP to your SIP Trunk

Adding an IP regardless of the time of day, in just a few steps.

Open a web browser and navigate to http://portal.voxox.com
Sign into your account
Upon signing into your account, you will select the SIP Trunk Management tab
Locate the SIP Trunk that you would like to modify and select Edit under Edit IPs
Add your IP
- Click on Add
- Enter a Description
- Enter your IP Address
- Enter Netmask: 32 [This is normal for a single IP]
- Enter Capacity: XXX [This will not change your accounts available call capacity]
- Click on Add
