How-To: Change Outbound Caller ID

Make sure to follow these steps when changing your outbound caller ID in your user portal. This is on an extension to extension basis:

  1. Log into your user portal @ portal.voxox.com
  2. Click the Features tab at the top
  3. Click the Managed Extensions link on the left
  4. Click on the extension you would like to modify
  5. Click the drop-down menu under the Outbound Caller ID column for the extension
  6. Select the number* you would like to show as the caller ID
  7. Click Save

* Note: The number needs to exist on your account to be chosen as an outbound caller ID option.

If the number does not change, please call Voxox Support @ 866-514-8647, Option 3, Option 1 to troubleshoot.
