How-To: Pull reports/call history

Hosted Customers
  • Log into http://portal.voxox.com
  • Click the Reporting Tab
  • Using the drop down boxes, choose the Account and DateRange.
  • Choose the show ALL entries from the drop down box
  • To download and print, choose either Excel or PDF for your output file.
SIP Trunk Customers
  • Log into http://portal.voxox.com
  • Click the Reporting Tab
  • Using the drop down boxes, choose the DID and/or Date Range
  • Choose the show ALL entries from the drop down box
  • To download and print, choose either Excel or PDF for your output file.
