How-To: Change "Ring to" Destination

You may need to change the destination of one or more of your inbound DIDs. To do this, please do the following.

  1. Log into User Portal
    • UserName: If you do not know your username, please contact support
    • Password : If you do not know your password, please contact support to send you a password reset link
  2. Click Numbers
  3. Click the DID or TFN you would like to change the destination to. Editable fields will appear at the bottom of the page.
  4. In the Ring to field, choose Custom or Ext you would like the calls to go to
    • If entering a Custom destination, enter 1XXXXXXXXXX (Example: 1619XXXXXXX)
  5. Click Save
