How-To: Check Recordings

For those whom want to check phone recordings for review, please have your Voxox User Portal credentials ready, log into the User Portal* and follow these instructions:

  1. In the Voxox User Portal, click Messages
  2. On the left, select Recordings
  3. Each entry has three options; Listen to hear the recording, Download to download the recording and Delete to remove the recording from the server.

*Note: If you do not have access to the user portal to manage your phone settings, please call Voxox Customer Support at 866-514-8647 or email us at support@voxox.com to request portal access.
