The document below will review the VoxOx support boundary.  There are many aspects of your Voice phone system that we can support, however there are some which we are unable to manage (customer provided router or phones, a firewall appliance, etc.)

Our dedicated agents can often provide some guidance on the steps that need to be taken, but in some circumstances are unable to take over ownership of a device or area of your network or hardware.
