After login, you will be presented with articles and documents which have been promoted to the home screen.

 

Forums

Our support agents will often direct you to the 'Forums' tab for additional user guides and other resources that will help you manage your VoxOx service.

Submit a Request

When submitting a request online, you may be required to supply a Request Type or other information to help us fulfill your request quickly.

You can view or update all of your existing requests here.

Status

New Request has been received and is awaiting assignment
Open Assigned to our staff
Pending Waiting for customer response
Solved Request has been solved
Closed Request is archived

 

Priority

Normal Non-service impacting request
High Service impacting or otherwise high priority request

 

View your Organizations Requests

Sharing support requests with other users in your company allows users to collaborate on support requests.  There are two options for ticket sharing:

  1. Share requests with all users in your Organization;  All users in your company can see each others' requests.
  2. See your Organizations' tickets;  An individual end user can request to see the Organizations' tickets.
